How It All Began
Our founder, Erin Golden, came from an experienced background as a domestic worker inside NYC working for the elite. She was born and raised on Long Beach Island and after hurricane Sandy, she decided to move to her hometown and start a business back in 2012. Today, she envisioned a DoorDash-style model for house cleaning. Instead of rigid shifts, cleaners could “log on” for jobs that fit their schedules. Most cleaning companies offer physically exhausting schedules for staff and the burnout churn rate is very high. We are different as we want the first clean to be as good as the last one of the day by scheduling less as they spend more time focusing on QUALITY over quantity. This made the service especially attractive to:
