What This Suite Includes

  • Primary service remedy: Re-clean first, then possible service credit
  • No refunds after 24 hours (unless required by law)
  • Recurring services continue until canceled with 24 hours notice
  • Use for website policies, invoices, onboarding, and internal use

SECTION 1: Master Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Acceptance

By booking or receiving services, the customer agrees to these terms. This applies to all services unless otherwise stated.

2. Service Model

Services may be performed by employees or subcontractors under The Cleaning Brigade brand.

3. Estimates and Scope

All quotes are based on provided information. If conditions differ, we may adjust pricing, scope, or reschedule.

4. Booking Confirmation

Bookings are only confirmed once payment info, details, and access instructions are provided.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due before or same day of service. Cryptocurrency payments are accepted under specific conditions.

6. Card on File

We may charge your card for services, add-ons, cancellations, lockouts, or unpaid balances.

7. Recurring Services

Recurring services continue until canceled. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

8. Arrival Windows

Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.

9. Property Access

Failure to provide access may result in a $120 lockout fee.

10. Customer Preparation

Please clear clutter, secure valuables, and ensure utilities are working before service.

11. Included & Excluded Services

Standard services follow your estimate. Add-ons like ovens, laundry, and organizing may cost extra.

12. Unsafe Conditions

We may refuse service for hazardous or unsafe conditions.

13. Customer Products

If we use your products, you assume responsibility for any issues caused.

14. Pets and Occupants

You are responsible for pets, children, and occupants during service.

15. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer re-cleans for issues reported within 24 hours.

16. Refund Policy

No refunds after 24 hours unless required by law.

17. Damage Claims

Report damage within 24 hours with photos. We may repair, replace, or reimburse.

18. Liability Limits

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.

19. No Solicitation

Hiring our cleaners directly may result in a $1,500 fee.

20. Cancellations

24 hours notice required. Late cancellations may incur a $120 fee.

21. Utilities

Water, electricity, and climate control must be functional.

22. Specialty Services

Move-out and post-construction cleans may have additional limitations.

23. Privacy

We may collect and store information for service and communication purposes.

24. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse service for unsafe or inappropriate situations.

25. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

26. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will go through mediation, then arbitration if needed.

27. Governing Law

Applies based on the state where service occurs.

28. Entire Agreement

This document represents the full agreement unless otherwise stated.


SECTION 2: 24-Hour Service Guarantee & No-Refund Policy

Reporting Window

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Primary Remedy

We will re-clean missed areas.

Secondary Remedy

If re-clean is not possible, we may issue a service credit.

No Refunds

No refunds after 24 hours unless required by law.

Exceptions

This policy does not apply if the issue is outside scope or conditions changed after cleaning.

Quotes & Pricing

Pricing may change if conditions differ from what was described.

Payment

Payment is due same day. Card on file is required for most bookings.
